Calum McKenzie has worked in the offshore financial services industry for over 16 years. He has extensive experience and knowledge of fiduciary services, including providing director and trustee services to entities varying greatly in terms of structural complexity, asset value and activity, more lately with a focus on providing services to hedge & mutual funds. Mr. McKenzie is currently a non-executive Director of a BVI Class I General Trust Company, a director of a BVI Company Management company and is presently approved as a director in a number of offshore jurisdictions, including the BVI, Cayman Islands, Barbados, Nevis and Anguilla. He is a former member of the BVI Financial Services Commission (“FSC”) Fiduciary and Registry Liaison Committee providing operational advice and guidance to the BVI FSC and a former Council member of the BVI Association of Registered Agents. Calum is a member of the Institute of Directors, London, a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists and a BVI FSC approved Compliance Officer and Anti-money Laundering Reporting Officer. British by birth, Calum has resided in the British Virgin Islands since 1998.
William has acquired a solid base of technical expertise and a keen appreciation of client requirements from his 18 years experience in a variety of positions within the fund industry. After graduating from university with an Honours degree in Financial Economics, William started his career at The WM Company, where he gained experience in performance measurement, fund accounting and fund pricing for a variety of investment vehicles. Following this initial exposure to the fund administration field he had the opportunity to become involved in the launch a unit trust management company for a major UK bank. William then re-located to London where he worked for BNP Paribas (formerly Cogent) for four years, specialising in accounting and taxation treatment for a wide range of investment products. William re-located to the BVI in 2003 to work with a specialist fund administration company where he continues to work. William is a qualified accountant (ACCA). He combines his technical expertise with a commitment to delivering an excellent and efficient service to his clients.
Daniel has been a Director of a successful BVI based fund administration company with corporate, fiduciary and insurance subsidiaries since 2003. Now residing in Panama, Daniel is the Managing Director of a back-office service company providing accounting and administrative support as well as marketing in the region. Daniel is an expert in the establishment and formation of Funds and related vehicles. Daniel qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London and has worked for several large financial services groups in both the UK and the British Virgin Islands.
